Currency of Xuande-Xiphoi
Adoption of a standard currency of Xuande-Xiphoi was one of the earliest achievements of the Forum of Xuande & Xiphoi, with member states adopting a common currency one year after the formation of the Forum. The regions adopted the most internationally recognised currency at the time, being the Xuandean Cash - itself already existing from the currency union between other member states.
The Cash (symbol: €; code: XXC) is a floating currency and is commonly held in reserve by international reserve banks. It comprised 10.2% of daily trades (bought or sold in April 2019). In 2019-2021, the average conversion rate to the Nationstates Dollar was €1 = $0.20 NSD.
Each Cash is comprised of 100 Cash cents, but as the lowest denomination in use is 25 Cash cents, more precise amounts tend to only be transacted by electronic sales.
